I live in a pretty small town in the south of Sweden, and there are not many restaurants with quality vegan options, and since I’m not that into sushi (yeah yeah I’m trying to learn to like it…) there are even less options. There is a few good ones though, and one of them is Liban Deli. You can choose 4, 6
or 8 different meze and always get loovely bulgur (or french fries or rise, but why?) ad liba bread to that. My choice of meze differs from time to time, but I always have the baba ghanoush, tabbouleh and falafel. Oh I wish I lived in a vegan-friendly town with super-cheap take away! I love to cook my own food, but for those evening when you have worked late and you’re colleauge has been super annoying, it is so nice to eat something someone else cooked for you, and doing the dishes…
